This section houses books in the field of Humanities such as the Arts, Philosophy, Languages, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Journalism, Photography, Fiction, etc. The "Esquinita de Quijano de Manila" is a reading corner installed in this section which houses the personal collections of the late national artist Nick Joaquin.
